I, [Participant's Full Name], hereby acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions outlined in this waiver for the FLOURISH (DBA.Eudemonia Health & Wellness) event .1. **Assumption of Risks:** I understand that the event involves light movement and stretching activities, and I acknowledge that there may be inherent risks associated with such activities. I am aware that I am participating voluntarily, and I assume full responsibility for any potential injuries or discomfort that may arise. 2. **Physical Health:** I certify that I am in good physical health and have no medical conditions that would prevent me from safely participating in the activities planned for this event. If I have any concerns about my fitness level or health, I will consult with a healthcare professional before participating. 3. **Release of Liability:** In consideration of being allowed to participate in the event, I hereby release and discharge the event organizers, instructors, and any associated personnel from any and all claims, liabilities, or causes of action arising out of my participation. 4. **Photography and Recording:** I understand that photographs, audio, or video recordings may be taken during the event, and I consent to the use of such media for promotional and documentation purposes without compensation. 5. **Respectful Conduct:** I agree to conduct myself in a respectful and considerate manner throughout the event. I will follow the instructions of the event organizers and instructors and treat fellow participants with courtesy. I acknowledge that I have read and understood the terms of this waiver and voluntarily agree to be bound by its terms.
